This session is for the LGBTQ+ community with a focus on BAME participation where anxiety is explored through various activities.
Tuesday 2nd February 6:00pm-7:30pm. This event will take place on Zoom and joining details will be sent out to you.
This session is a space to explore thoughts, feelings, and experiences of anxiety through activities like drawing, meditation, and discussion. Lockdown has led to poor mental health for many in the LGBTQ+ community, and the session offers a space to be listened to, to reduce isolation for those experiencing challenges and for individuals to support each other. The session is peer delivered, meaning that the facilitator has lived experience of mental health challenges.
Please bring something to draw with, something to draw on and materials to colour with if you have access to them.
