Josetta Malcolm leads an online chair-based yoga and meditation lunchtime session for LBT women and non-binary people.
Josetta is a yoga and meditation teacher with a background in LGBTQ mental health, inclusion and is a Trans Non-Binary Intersex Engagement Worker. They are a passionate advocate of using yoga and mindfulness meditation to improve emotional and physical wellbeing. They have been practicing for 20 years and teaching for 15, having trained with the British Wheel of Yoga.
They run regular classes for minoritized groups, such as LGBTQ/TNBI people, carers, people with autism etc. Josetta is delighted to be delivering a chair yoga and mindfulness meditation session, which will be relaxing and accessible; a much-needed opportunity to learn some tension relieving moves and breathing techniques.
