About us

Established in 2007, Norfolk LGBT+ Project is the county’s only dedicated LGBT+ health and wellbeing service provider, providing early intervention and prevention support, services, and information to all age groups so we can help empower individuals to improve their mental and emotional wellbeing and to reduce social isolation of LGBT+ individuals living in Norfolk and Waveney.

Educating with Pride Coordinator/Trainer

We are looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic individual to help deliver our Educating with Pride service throughout Norfolk and Waveney and surrounding areas.

The successful candidate must have knowledge and experience of:

  • Knowledge of LGBTQ+ identity and the issues faced by LGBTQ+ people.
  • Deliver training sessions to a range of clients both in educational and workplace settings.
  • Experience in creating resources for the workplace and educational settings.
  • Experience in compiling policies tailored for specific clients.

 

Salary: £22,500 per annum pro rata. This post is subject to probationary period of 3 months.
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week.
Contract: 12 months (with potential for renewal, subject to funding).

A full driving license and access to own transportation is essential for this role.
