Birmingham LGBT is seeking to recruit a part-time sexual health promotion worker. The aim of the role is to develop sexual health and well-being promotion work that meets the needs of gay bisexual and other men who have sex with men and the wider LGBTQ community.
The role is based within the Birmingham LGBT Centre but requires outreach sexual health promotion work to be carried out at off-site locations e.g. commercial LGBT venues.
The successful applicant will join a motivated and enthusiastic team based at the LGBT Centre in Central Birmingham.
NJC Salary Scale £22,183 (pro rata) and up to 5% matched pension contributions.
Part Time 18.5 hours per week, with some evening and weekend work. 25 days annual leave entitlement (pro-rata).
Fixed term contract to 31st March 2023.
Responsible to the Sexual Health Services Manager.
